Assemblyman Morrell started off as a small business owner. Morrell understands, firsthand, what small business owners suffer every day. With this knowledge, Morrell thrust into the California State Assembly where he maintains his fundamental philosophy: Government is our servant, not our master. The Assemblyman believes we have a right to private property, the gift of free enterprise, and government by consent. By upholding these principles, California and America will stay great!
